Slybroadcast uses our patented straight to voicemail technology to skip the phone conversation and go directly to voicemail. Recipients will receive a voicemail from the caller ID you enter when sending out your campaign.
We do. Zapier lets you connect slybroadcast to hundreds of other web services. Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible. We offer a set of instructions that walk you through the steps of creating your slybroadcast campaign. Here's a tutorial to get you started.

Slybroadcast can send voicemails to U.S. and Canadian mobile numbers and select landline phones. In order to be compatible, a landline must include a voicemailbox provided by their phone service provider. Slybroadcast does not connect to PBX. When sending to these types of phone systems, users may experience a short ring.
Since determining compatibility is difficult, we give you the option to remove landline phone numbers from your campaign. You can do this by selecting to Send to Mobile Numbers ONLY when sending a campaign.
To upload a new recipient list, vist the Manage Lists section. Your phone number list must be saved in a .TXT or .CSV format using Microsoft Excel or the like. Additionally, you can copy and paste your phone numbers in to the box provided. On a Mac? Be sure to save your file as a Windows Formatted .TXT or .CSV file before uploading.
Yes. After uploading and saving a list to the Manage Lists section, you can then download it with each phone number's mobile or landline designation.
When uploading a phone number file, all phone numbers must be located in the first column. Your file should be saved as a Comma Delimited (.CSV) or Tab Delimited (.TXT) file. Duplicate phone numbers and phone numbers less than or greater than 10-digits will automatically be removed from your list. On a Mac? Save your file as a Windows Formatted .TXT or .CSV file.
You can opt to include names in your list, but they must be in column B. When uploading your list, be sure to check the box "Check if your list contains contact names ."
Download a sample Comma Delimited (.CSV) or Tab Delimited (.TXT) file.
It is common for people to send ringless voicemails to their customers, prospects who have provided their number, partners, colleagues, donors, etc. We hope you’ll call people who will want to hear your voice and your message. We do not provide recommendations for list buying, because that’s not the most effective use of our technology and not what it is designed for. We do not condone spamming people with unwanted voicemails or sending to people who would not want to hear from you. We take pride in the technology that we offer and it is important to us that it is used responsibly and respectfully.
The best approach for you will depend on your goals. Many of our customers send out small batches daily. If you expect a lot of call backs coming directly to you, we recommend spreading out your voicemail deliveries and sending them in batches of about 100 at a time. You can schedule them to be sent throughout the day, week or month.
To cancel a campaign scheduled for a future delivery date and time, click Dashboard and select the Scheduled tab. Then, locate your campaign and click More and select Delete.
