    • How does slybroadcast work?

      Slybroadcast uses our patented straight to voicemail technology to deliver voicemail messages directly to recipients' voicemail-boxes without ringing their phones. The recipient sees a voicemail from the caller ID you provide, creating a non-intrusive communication method.

    • What are the most productive ways to use slybroadcast?

      There are many ways to use slybroadcast! Common uses include notifying customers of sales or announcements, re-engaging past customers, sending reminders, qualifying leads, connecting with donors, and providing company updates to many people simultaneously.

    • How successful can I expect my campaigns to be?

      Slybroadcast tries to deliver your voicemail to all selected phone numbers. If any messages cannot be delivered, this will be indicated in your report. You are never charged for undelivered ringless voicemails. Many customers track their ROI when running campaigns, which is highly recommended.

    • Can multiple individuals use one slybroadcast account?

      Yes. Slybroadcast offers corporate accounts where an admin account can create subaccounts, allocate delivery credits, and view subaccount campaign history. To add this feature, you can contact our support team at support@slybroadcast.com.

    • Does slybroadcast work on landline phones?

      Slybroadcast can send voicemails to U.S. and Canadian mobile numbers and select landline phones. In order to be compatible, a landline must include a voicemail provided by their phone service provider. Slybroadcast does not connect to PBX. When sending to these types of phone systems, users may experience a short ring.

    • How do I upload my list of phone numbers?

      You can upload a recipient list by logging into your account and visiting the Manage Lists section. Your phone number list must be saved as a Comma Delimited (.CSV) or a Tab Delimited (.TXT) file with phone numbers in the first column. Contact names can be included in the second column. Alternatively, you can copy and paste your phone numbers into the provided area on the website.

    • Do I have to use all of my delivery credits at once?

      No. Slybroadcast offers both Monthly Delivery plans and Pay As You Go plans. Monthly plan credits expire 30 days after purchase and do not roll over. Pay As You Go credits do not expire. You are only charged for successfully delivered voicemails.

    • Do you have any tutorials on how to use the service?

      Yes. Slybroadcast provides a set of instructions that walk you through the steps of creating your campaign. They also offer tutorials on recording your audio file and best practices for using the service. Visit our YouTube page here for more information.

    • What is Voicemail Personalization using AI?

      Voicemail Personalization lets you send AI-powered, personalized voicemails using your own voice. You can convert text to speech, choose a voice, and send messages that sounds just like you. The cost of this feature is two credits per successful voicemail delivery. To enable this feature, please reach out to us at support@slybroadcast.com.

    • Do you offer any caller ID numbers?

      Yes. We provide callback numbers that can be used as your caller ID. The cost of the callback number is $15 per month per line and can be purchaed within your account. When someone calls your callback number, it will be forwarded to the phone number of your choice. Additional reporting is also available for these numbers.

    • Do you offer Follow-up Texting?

      Yes. The Follow-up Texting feature will automatically send a text message to indivudals in your campaign that received a voicemail.

      To use the Follow-up Texting feature, your caller ID must be a purchased callback number. The text message is fully customizable. The cost of this feature is two credits per successful voicemail delivery. To learn more, view our follow-up text guide.

    • Does slybroadcast have an API I can use?

    • Do you have a Salesforce or Zapier integration?

      Yes. Slybroadcast integrates with Zapier, allowing you to connect it to hundreds of other web services. We also offer an app for Salesforce, available on the AppExchange store, and have tutorials for both

      Salesforce Classic and Lightning.
    • Does slybroadcast work in other countries?

    • What is your guarantee?

      Slybroadcast aims to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you aren't completely satisfied with the slybroadcast service after your first campaign, we'll refund you. You can contact our Customer Care team at support@slybroadcast.com.

    • How do I cancel my slybroadcast account?

      Yes. If you wish to cancel your slybroadcast account, send an email to our Customer Care Team at support@slybroadcast.com.
